Who are the users of the models?

There are three types of users for the models:

Users (Modelers and Interpreters): They need language easier so that they can develop models.
Adapters: They need to understand the existing language to adapt it to more specific need through meta modelling.
Tool Developers: They need to understand the notation and meta model semantics.
